i just got back from Hong Kong and India. literally just a few hours ago. while away I read the following books: The Storm Thief, the sleeping army, and A Tale Dark and Grimm. a brief synopsis,
THE STORM THIEF:
two kids, thieves, on the run, meet golem, nearly get killed by energy ghosts, find a hidden city,chase the golem, infiltrate the fulcrum, destroy something, then save a lot of lives. the end.
THE SLEEPING ARMY:
kid, meet kids, goes to see the Norse gods at Asgard, get sent on quest, almost die,complete quest, then saves lives. the end
A TALE DARK AND GRIMM:
Hansel and Gretel, get heads cut off,brought bck to life, run away, almost get eaten,go to hell, live in the woods, almost get murdered, almost get frozen to death, alnost get killed by a dragon, and save lives. the end.
